Ashley Croswell is a civil litigation associate who focuses her practice on eminent domain proceedings, property disputes, and probate matters. Before joining the firm, Ashley worked as a complex commercial litigation associate for Dechert, LLP.
Ashley graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was the Chief Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review. As a law student, she worked as a student attorney for both the Children’s Rights Clinic and the Supreme Court Clinic, and interned for the District Court of the Western District of Texas. Before law school, Ashley received her B.A. magna cum laude from Texas A&M University, where she double-majored in Russian Language and Political Science. She is admitted to practice in Texas (2016), and is a member of the Austin Bar Association and the Austin Young Lawyers Association.
