Emilio Longoria is a civil litigation associate who focuses on eminent domain proceedings and property law disputes. A native Houstonian, Longoria graduated from Strake Jesuit High School, received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Rice University, and graduated from the University of Texas School of Law with honors.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Longoria taught at Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory, worked in the Texas Legislature, and clerked for United States District Court Judge George C. Hanks, Jr. in the Southern District of Texas. He is admitted to practice in the Southern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Longoria is an active member of several organizations in and around the Houston area including the Houston and Galveston County Bar Associations, the Houston Volunteer Lawyers Association, and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo’s Parade and Poultry Auction Committee.
