Rhett Roberson

Rhett Roberson is a trial associate in the Houston office. Rhett represents clients in
disputes concerning trust, estate, and property in Texas probate and district courts.
Rhett has experience in the trial and resolution of issues concerning complex asset
portfolios in high-net-worth families.
Prior to joining the firm, Rhett worked in wealth management and currently holds the
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation. He is a veteran of the United States
Army, where he served as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division and deployed
to Afghanistan in 2013-14.
Rhett earned his J.D. from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he received the
CALI Award for administration of estates and guardianships. He earned his Bachelor of
Business Administration in finance at Texas A&M University.
