On Thursday, January 28 JMEH attorneys Joe Marrs and Leah Lanier spoke to Bank of Texas/BOK Financial about their paper, How Not to Invest a Trust: Pitfalls for Trustees and Brokers. The talk, which focused on the hazards of investing trust funds and avoiding common errors, was teleconferenced nationally to BOKF’s trust representatives and independent advisors for continuing CFP education credit.
