Ashley Wilder has distinguished herself as a leading advocate for property owners across Texas whose property rights are challenged by condemning entities. Her remarkable work in this specialized area of law has earned her accolades from Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (2022, 2023, 2024, 2025), Super Lawyers: Rising Stars (2024), and Lawdragon’s “The Next Generation of 500 Leading Lawyers in America” (2023). Her commitment to defending landowners’ constitutional rights is further demonstrated through her role as an educator, teaching eminent domain and condemnation law at the University of Texas School of Law.

Ashley has been a member of our team since 2017, during which time she has developed into an exceptional attorney with an unwavering dedication to her clients. Ashley graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where she served as Chief Articles Editor for the Texas Law Review, Volume 94.
